My eyes instantly feel on this quote by Wally Amos: “Life doesn’t kick you around. You kick yourself around.” God, I see the truth in that. If we blame ‘life’, then we stop taking responsibility for our destiny.
Being able to laugh at yourself is one of the ways you know you’ve lived a good life and can get through anything life throws at you. People respect you and end up laughing with you. If only more people could learn to laugh.
